• Office is located in Court House Annex III, which is the former Thoburn Church building behind the Court House

Transportation Improvement District (TID) Board Meetings 

Belmont County TID meetings are held at the Port Authority office in Court House Annex III, 101 North Market Street, Suite J, St. Clairsville, Ohio.   Meetings are held the second Thursday each month at 9:00 a.m.   As meetings are frequently rescheduled, please check this site to confirm time and date each month, or call
