Belmont County Building Department is a Sub-Department of Mid-East Ohio Building Department
Effective April 16, 2018, commercial building projects within the unincorporated areas of Belmont County will be served by Mid-East Ohio Building Department located in Zanesville. Any commercial building project started prior to April 16, 2018, with permits and inspections through the Southeast Ohio Building Department in Marietta, will be served by Southeast Ohio through project completion.
