The Industrial Park is located 1.5 miles north of Barnesville on State Route 800, less than four miles from Interstate 70. The Shell Chemical ethane cracker plant under construction in Monaca, PA is less than 100 miles from this prime development site, and the Ohio River is less than 30 miles away. The proposed PTTGC Daelim ethane cracker plant site is less than 40 miles. The industrial park also has easy access to two major north-south routes – Interstate 77 (30 miles) and Interstate 79 (less than 60 miles). Electricity, water, and sewer are available in the Park.
